The New York City skyline has just gotten a little taller and a lot more patriotic. On Thursday Iron workers raised the final section of One World Trade Center's spire, which features an oversized American flag hanging from its base. Standing 104 stories and a symbolic 1776 feet, the building is the tallest in the Western Hemisphere.
