"Twin Cinema," the next record from the cream of the power-pop aristocracy the New Pornographers, isn't due until August, but already Matador Records has posted the title track for free download. This isn't the kind of undeniable, classic melody these guys are capable of, but the genius is still there in that lopsided instrumental hook, which starts obvious and ends ugly.
