"24" sure started off its season with a bang. And no, we're not talking about some of the more obvious, quite shocking developments that we won't mention here, for fear of ruining everything for the TiVo-dependent. No, most of all we were titillated and encouraged by the unique brand of crazy displayed by a new character, first lady Martha Logan (Jean Smart).
