"If you've ever wondered what life would be like with the Green party in charge..." begins a correspondent for "Special Report with Brit Hume," then lists the outrageous offenses of the city council in Arcata, CA: They oppose the Patriot Act, oppose the war in Iraq, and think that President Bush should be impeached, all of which the mayor of the town calls an "obscene gesture towards the White House." But just how far outside of the mainstream do these views place the council members, and what exactly are the dire consequences of their actions? Let's see, a local statue's thumb was lopped off, and people are "so mad" at the council that "they won't shop here." Yes, liberal views truly are the pathway to anarchy!
