After a year of screaming and yelling when anyone calls Tea Party protesters "teabaggers," apparently some conservatives have decided to embrace the label.
In a video posted on Fox Nation, a new social media opinion site run by Fox News Channel, actors playing Tea Party activists (including one who seems to be doing a Dr. Ruth-inspired accent) hint at the sexual implications of the term "teabagger" -- and then say they don't mind.
"I'm proud to be a teabagger," they proclaim. And then they throw tea bags at things they don't like -- an MSNBC logo, Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals," the healthcare reform law and a picture of Nancy Pelosi.
The video wasn't produced by the Fox site, but it was featured prominently on its homepage Wednesday afternoon. Watch here:
