On the season finale of Sports Night (9:30 p.m., ABC), Isaac returns to work after his stroke, Casey's son is desperate to please his father, and Dana and Casey grow closer. Sorenson and Sipowicz go after Delores' killer and Kirkendall gets some surprising romantic interest from a co-worker on NYPD Blue (10 p.m., ABC).
