Will & Grace (9:30 p.m., NBC) is a rerun (the one where they eavesdrop on the neighbors through the heating vent). ER (10 p.m., NBC) is a rerun (hey, it's Christmas Eve!). Even Celebrity Deathmatch (10 p.m., MTV) is a rerun (Pat Sajak vs. Alex Trebek). That leaves Mystery! (Check local times, PBS), in which Hetty Wainthropp goes undercover at a shelter for abused women, Fox Files (9 p.m., Fox), which remembers Ted Bundy on the 10th anniversary of his execution, and 48 Hours (10 p.m., CBS), which promises a report on the dangers of cosmetic surgery.
