Series
Eric's grandmother (Marion Ross) expires in a most troubling way on a new That '70s Show (8 p.m., Fox). The King of Queens (8 p.m., CBS) moves into its new early time slot (hey, thanks CBS -- now we'll only get to watch it if we remember to set the VCR) with a stellar rerun featuring a guest appearance by Ray Romano. On a rerun of Ally McBeal (9 p.m., Fox), Ally is attracted to a teenager and the firm hires a stunning new associate (Portia deRossi). Debra thinks Ray has a fear of intimacy on a rerun of Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS). Investigative Reports (9 p.m. EDT/10 PDT, A&E) begins the three part documentary series "Inside LAX," a behind-the-scenes look at Los Angeles International Airport from the perspective of people who work there. The America Undercover (10 p.m., HBO) report "Fatal Twisters: A Season of Fury" chronicles the 1998 tornado season in Kansas, Florida and Texas through home videos and interviews with survivors.

Specials
Savage Seas (check local times, PBS) concludes with two more episodes detailing the ocean's fury -- sharks and killer storms. The documentary series Moon Shot (9 p.m. EDT/10 PDT, History Channel) tells the story of the race between the U.S. and the Soviet Union to be the first country to land an astronaut on the moon. In 1785, a Maryland woman accused of being a witch was sent into the woods to die. In 1994, three film students making a documentary about witchcraft went into the same woods and disappeared. The Curse of the Blair Witch (10 p.m., Sci-Fi Channel) is a documentary (with re-creations) about the incident. As Count Floyd would say on "SCTV," pretty sca-a-ary stuff, eh kids?
