Series
Mitch Pileggi, the dour Skinner on "The X-Files," takes a rare comedy turn playing Red's old Army buddy on That '70s Show (8 p.m., Fox). Doug gets a promotion but he doesn't feel he deserves it on a rerun of The King of Queens (8 p.m., CBS). The Emmy nominated (I just had to say it) Everybody Loves Raymond (8:30 p.m., CBS) has back-to-back reruns in which Debra gets a job and Ray and Debra strive to be nicer to each other (9 p.m.). Ally McBeal (9 p.m., Fox) repeats the episode where Ling reveals an unexpected side of herself and Ally represents a dying boy who wants to sue God. On a bonus rerun of Law & Order (9 p.m., NBC), Briscoe, Curtis and McCoy find evidence of a police cover-up in a 30-year-old murder case. The new drama series Undressed (11 p.m., MTV) depicts the bedtime conversations of a different couple every night. Unlike every other voyeuristic series on MTV, this one's not masquerading as documentary -- it's a fictional series from director Roland Joffe.
