Nightline in Prime Time (10 p.m., ABC) continues its "Brave New World" series with a look at high-tech advances in medicine, science and industry.

The 1995 drama How to Make an American Quilt (8 p.m., ABC) has its network premiere. Winona Ryder heads an all-star cast in this adaptation of Whitney Otto's bestseller about a woman on the verge of marriage who soaks up some valuable chick-wisdom on a visit back home.
