Biography (8 p.m. EDT/9 PDT, A&E) debuts "Susan Sarandon: Rebel With a Cause." On a rerun of Buffy the Vampire Slayer (8 p.m., WB), Buffy's prom plans are dashed by Angel's reluctance to put on a tux and a classmate's plan to attack revelers with a pack of hell-hounds. Just Shoot Me (8 p.m., NBC) reruns the episode where Maya is humiliated on television by her new boyfriend, a kiddie show puppeteer (French Stewart). Fox Files (9 p.m., Fox) has segments on prostitution in Amsterdam and Funny Car racing. 60 Minutes II (9 p.m., CBS) counters with Elton John and swimming pool accidents. Dateline NBC (10 p.m., NBC) enters the fray with a report on attacks on tourists in Africa, to which 48 Hours (10 p.m., CBS) has only two words to say: "killer dogs."
