Biography (8 p.m. EDT/9 PDT, A&E) piggybacks on HBO's movie "Introducing Dorothy Dandridge" with a bio of the glamorous but haunted African-American movie and nightclub star of the '50s who became the first black woman to snare an Academy Award nomination for best actress. Moesha (8 p.m., UPN) begins its fifth season with aspiring journalist Moesha (Brandy) working as an editorial assistant at Vibe magazine. Mary J. Blige has a cameo. Following "Moesha," Jaleel White that's Urkel to you -- returns to TV in the new sitcom Grown Ups (8:30 p.m., UPN), which is basically a black version of "Friends." It's good to see that White finally gets to play a character whose pants fit. Ally and Georgia face off in a rape case on a rerun of Ally McBeal (9 p.m., Fox). Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS) reruns the one where Debra wants Ray to get a vasectomy.
