Kelley's thing for girls kissing girls crops up again on Ally McBeal (9 p.m., Fox) in an episode where everybody airs their deepest fantasies. Ling's is to make out with Ally. Ah, it's only a matter of time before we get that Very Special Episode of "Snoops." Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (9 p.m., NBC) reruns its pilot. Bet it's not any better the second time around. On Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS), it's a rerun of the one where Robert can't get over his embarrassment when he and Amy unwittingly put on a show for his neighbors.

American Masters (check local times, PBS) premieres "Hitchcock, Selznick and the End of Hollywood," a 90-minute documentary about the stormy relationship between The Master and David O. Selznick, the powerful producer who brought Hitchcock to America and oversaw the production of some of the director's greatest films, including "Rebecca" and "Notorious." Another larger than life figure is profiled in the cable documentary Howard Cosell: Telling It Like It Is (8 p.m. EST/10 PST, HBO).
