Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The eVineyard.com "Vineyard Vacation Getaway" Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on Thursday, August 17, 2000, and ends at 11:59:59 AM ET on Monday, February 12, 2001.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia residing in the 50 United States excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories, who are 25 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration (upon verification of prize eligibility, misrepresentation of age requirement will void the entry.) Military personnel and their dependents who are legal residents of the United States are eligible to participate regardless of their assignment. Employees, officers and directors of eVineyard.com ("Sponsor"), and RealTIME Media, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, RealTIME Media, Inc., their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of prizes. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the independent judges (RealTIME Media, Inc.) whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO ENTER: LIMIT: One entry per person and email address per Monthly Sweepstakes. Subsequent entries during the same Monthly Sweepstakes from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Any attempt by a person to enter more than once with multiple email accounts may result in disqualification at the discretion of the judges upon prize verification. To enter the Sweepstakes you must completely fill out all of the information required on the online entry form located at the following Web site address: http://www.tbd.com. After entering the correct information in all required fields and clicking on the "Enter Now" button you will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. THIS DATA MUST BE ACCURATE AS IT WILL DETERMINE THE VALIDITY OF YOUR SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY, WILL BE USED AS PART OF THE PROMOTION SECURITY AND FOR PRIZE DELIVERY. IF INACCURATE INFORMATION IS SUPPLIED (I.E., EMAIL ADDRESS IS INCORRECT AND/OR RETURNED OR IF THE PRIZE NOTIFICATION EMAIL MESSAGE IS INCORRECT AND/OR RETURNED TO SPONSOR OR ITS AGENTS), IT WILL RESULT IN YOUR DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE PROMOTION AND PREVENT THE PRIZE AWARDING. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. In the event of a dispute, the potential winner must provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the potentially winning entry.

Entrants will be able to earn additional entries into the Sweepstakes through the Tell-A-Friend program by clicking on the "Tell-A-Friend" button and filling in the names and valid email addresses of friends/family members. You will earn an additional entry into the Sweepstakes for each unique and valid e-mail address that you refer.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES AND DRAWINGS: There will be six (6) Monthly Sweepstakes drawings and one (1) Grand Prize drawing. Each prize will consist of a trip for two (2) people to one of 7 different Vineyards in the United States. Sweepstakes winners will be selected in an electronic random drawing from all eligible entries received at the time of promotion drawing. Prize descriptions and drawing dates are listed below:

September Sweepstakes- The first drawing will take place on or about September 18, 2000. One (1) potential Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received from August 17, 2000 at 12:00:00 PM ET until September 15, 2000 at 11:59:59 AM ET. Non-winning entries will be automatically entered in the next drawing. The September Sweepstakes prize will be a trip for two (2) people to tour three (3) Vineyards in the State of Virginia. Prize consists of a 4 day/3 night stay at the High Meadows Vineyard Inn in Scottsville, Virginia, round-trip coach air transportation for two from American Airlines from a major commercial airport near winner's United States residence to the Vineyard, one inclusive dinner, additional food expenses worth $100.00, rental car, and wine tours at the Horton Vineyards, Jefferson Vineyards, and Oakencroft Vineyards. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is up to $1,315.00. All unspecified expenses, including, but not limited to: taxes, gratuities, transportation to and from winner's United States residence to the airport, food, beverages are the winner's sole responsibility. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability.

October Sweepstakes- The second drawing will take place on or about October 16, 2000. One (1) potential Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received from the start of the promotion until October 15, 2000 at 11:59:59 AM ET. Non-winning entries will be automatically entered in the next drawing. The October Sweepstakes prize will be a trip for two (2) people to tour three (3) Vineyards in the State of Ohio. Prize consists of a 4 day/3 night stay at The Warner Concord Farm in West Geneva, Ohio, round-trip coach air transportation for two from American Airlines from a major commercial airport near winner's United States residence to the Vineyard, food expenses worth $200.00, rental car, and wine tours at the Markko Vineyards and the Chalet Debonni Winery. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is up to $990.00. All unspecified expenses, including, but not limited to: taxes, gratuities, transportation to and from winner's United States residence to the airport, food, beverages are the winner's sole responsibility. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability.

November Sweepstakes- The third drawing will take place on or about November 15, 2000. One (1) potential Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received from the start of the promotion until November 14, 2000 at 11:59:59 AM ET. Non-winning entries will be automatically entered in the next drawing. The November Sweepstakes prize will be a trip for two (2) people to tour three (3) Vineyards in the State of Massachusetts. Prize consists of a 4 day/3 night stay at The Inn at Cape Cod in Yarmouth, Massachusetts, round-trip coach air transportation for two from American Airlines from a major commercial airport near winner's United States residence to the Vineyard, food expenses worth $200.00, rental car, and wine tours at the Westport River Vineyards, Cape Cod Winery and Truro Vineyards. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is up to $1,215.00. All unspecified expenses, including, but not limited to: taxes, gratuities, transportation to and from winner's United States residence to the airport, food, beverages are the winner's sole responsibility. December Sweepstakes- The fourth drawing will take place on or about December 15, 2000. One (1) potential Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received from the start of the promotion until December 14, 2000 at 11:59:59 AM ET. Non-winning entries will be automatically entered in the next drawing. The December Sweepstakes prize will be a trip for two (2) people to tour three (3) Vineyards in the State of New York. Prize consists of a 4 day/3night stay at Coeur des Vignes in Southold, NY, round-trip coach air transportation for two from American Airlines from a major commercial airport near winner's United States residence to the Vineyard, food expenses worth $200.00, rental car, and wine tours at the Turnhaven Cellars, Palmer Vineyards, and Hargrave Vineyards. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is up to $1,215.00. All unspecified expenses, including, but not limited to: taxes, gratuities, transportation to and from winner's United States residence to the airport, food, beverages are the winner's sole responsibility. January Sweepstakes- The fifth drawing will take place on or about January 15, 2001. One (1) potential Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received from the start of the promotion until January 13, 2001 at 11:59:59 AM ET. Non-winning entries will be automatically entered in the next drawing. The January Sweepstakes prize will be a trip for two (2) people to tour three (3) Vineyards in the State of Texas. Prize consists of a 4 day/3 night stay at The Villa at Messina Hof in Bryan TX, round-trip coach air transportation for two from American Airlines from a major commercial airport near winner's United States residence to the Vineyard, food expenses worth $200.00, rental car, and wine tours at the Messina Hof Cellars, Bryan Becker Vineyards, and Pleasant Hill Vineyards. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is up to $1,365.00. All unspecified expenses, including, but not limited to: taxes, gratuities, transportation to and from winner's United States residence to the airport, food, beverages are the winner's sole responsibility. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability.

February Sweepstakes- The sixth drawing will take place on or about February 13, 2001. One (1) potential Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received from the start of the promotion until February 12, 2001 at 11:59:59 AM ET. Non-winning entries will be automatically entered in the next drawing. The February Sweepstakes prize will be a trip for two (2) people to tour three (3) Vineyards in the State of Washington. Prize consists of a 4 day/3 night stay at the Hotel Vintage Park (Kimpton Group) in Seattle, WA, round-trip coach air transportation for two from American Airlines from a major commercial airport near winner's United States residence to the Vineyard, one inclusive dinner at the Tulio Restaurant, additional food expenses worth $200.00, rental car, and wine tours at the Hedges Vineyard, Mc Crea Cellars and Chateau Ste Michelle Vineyard. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is up to $1,515.00. All unspecified expenses, including, but not limited to: taxes, gratuities, transportation to and from winner's United States residence to the airport, food, beverages are the winner's sole responsibility. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability.

Grand Prize Drawing- The Grand Prize drawing will take place on or about February 13, 2001. One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received from the start of the promotion until February 12, 2001 at 11:59:59 AM ET to win the Grand Prize trip consisting of a trip for two (2) people to tour three (3) Vineyards in the State of California. Prize consists of a 4 day/3 night stay at the Meadowood Resort in Napa Valley, CA, round-trip coach air transportation for two from American Airlines from a major commercial airport (serviced by American Airlines) near winners United States residence to the Vineyard, food expenses worth $300.00, rental car, two spa treatments and wine tours at the Beringer Vineyards, Clos du Val Winery and the Mondavi Winery. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $2,420.00 (actual value is dependant on winners location). All unspecified expenses, including, but not limited to: taxes, gratuities, transportation to and from winners United States residence to the airport, food and beverages are the winners sole responsibility. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply.

No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, due to prize unavailability for any reason, and only then for a prize of equal or greater value. All travel must be completed within one year of prize notification. No time extensions will be permitted, and unused travel will be forfeited. Prizes are non-transferable. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. PRIZE AWARDING: Only one Monthly Sweepstakes prize is permitted per person but all entrants are eligible to win the Grand Prize. RealTIME Media, Inc. will award prizes only upon winner verification and final approval. Potential Winners will be sent their prize-winning notification via electronic mail (e-mail). This email will request the winner's address, City, State, Zip Code and phone number. Upon receipt of this information, RealTIME will send an Affidavit of Eligibility release, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release forms. Winner will have (10) days from receipt of winning notification to claim their prize by completing, signing and returning the prize Affidavit of Eligibility release, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release forms or an alternate winner will be selected. Non-compliance or, if a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavits and Releases, as required, or if the Prize Notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected. Guests of the Sweepstakes winners must sign and return a liability and publicity release, where lawful prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must sign such documents. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for eVineyard.com to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor's privacy policy. All decisions of the judges shall be binding and final.

6. WINNERS LIST: To receive a list of winners, send a self addressed stamped envelope for receipt by March 12, 2001 to: eVineyard.com "Vineyard Vacation Getaway " Sweepstakes Winner List Request, P.O. Box 603, Wynnewood, PA 19096-0603 USA.

7. DISQUALIFICATION: eVineyard.com and RealTIME Media are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this promotion, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, eVineyard.com and RealTIME Media reserve the right to terminate player's eligibility to participate in the Promotion. In the event any portion of this promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of eVineyard.com and RealTIME Media which, in the sole opinion of eVineyard.com and RealTIME Media, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, eVineyard.com and RealTIME Media reserve the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion. EVineyard.com and RealTIME Media are not responsible for any problem with Promotion entry generated by computer hardware or software malfunction, error or failure. eVineyard.com and RealTIME Media's sole responsibility for any irregular Promotion entry is replacement with another entry. If a potential winning entry is made by Internet or other computer entry, that potential winner may be required to provide RealTIME Media, Inc. with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the electronic mail address associated with the potential winning entry.

GENERAL INFORMATION: This promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the U.S., exclusively, and subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
