With only four episodes left in its run on the WB, Buffy the Vampire Slayer (8 p.m., WB) is determined to go out with a bang. This week, a member of the Scooby Gang becomes Glory's next victim. That '70s Show (8 p.m., Fox) has a sweeps stunt -- the episode is peppered with actual TV commercials from the '70s. Matthew Broderick gets his very own episode of Biography (8 p.m., A&E). On Frasier (9 p.m., NBC), Daphne returns from the fat farm her old svelte self and unloads on Niles. Angel and company stumble upon a portal to another dimension on Angel (9 p.m., WB). Somebody wants out of the 15th precinct on NYPD Blue (10 p.m., ABC).
