Dawson spends his last night in Capeside before leaving for summer film school on the season-ending episode of Dawson's Creek (8 p.m., WB). Star Trek: Voyager (8 p.m., UPN) ends its run with a two-hour finale in which Janeway travels back in time to help her younger self go head-to-head with the Borg Queen, and into the future to attempt to reach Earth. Eliminated recruits return to vote for the winner on the finale of Boot Camp (9 p.m., Fox). Law & Order (9 p.m., NBC) ends its season with back-to-back episodes. In the first, the cops investigate an assassination attempt on a judge; the second involves murder, a state senator and organized crime. On the hourlong season finale of The Drew Carey Show (9 p.m., ABC), Drew ends up in a psychiatric ward after Mimi thwarts his attempt to land a big promotion. Felicity (9 p.m., WB) ends its season with the usual dilemma: Noel or Ben? On the season finale of That's My Bush! (10:30 p.m., Comedy Central), George resigns when threatened with impeachment and is forced to look for a job. Meanwhile, power-mad Vice President Cheney takes over.
