Dateline NBC (10 p.m., NBC) presents "Sex and Sensibility," a special report on American sexual attitudes and behavior. Naturally, it includes a segment on Internet porn and intimate e-mail, two subjects that arise with suspicious frequency on "Dateline." P.O.V. (10 p.m., PBS, check local listings) offers "Of Civil Rights and Wrongs: The Fred Korematsu Story," a documentary look at the World War II internment of Japanese-Americans from the perspective of one who defied the order.
