Some viewers will take that as an endorsement. Bill Pullman, Brian Dennehy and Cary Elwes star in this week's scary tales on Night Visions (9 p.m., Fox). 48 Hours (10 p.m., CBS) reinvestigates the case of a man accused of killing his kids for insurance money; the case was chronicled in the nonfiction bestseller "While Innocents Slept."
