It seems that someone -- a campaign? pollsters? -- is calling independent voters in New Hampshire and telling them, wrongly, they're ineligible to vote in the primary. The state's attorney general is looking into it. Depending on the nature of the calls and who is making them, criminal and/or civil penalties could apply.
