Congress has the power to formally reprimand President Bush for misleading the American people about the threat posed by Saddam Hussein, and Moveon.org is launching a campaign to push lawmakers to censure him. In an email asking for signatures of support, Moveon writes: “If ever there was a time for this, it’s now.” The group will hold a press conference in Washington on Thursday to formally announce the Censure campaign.
