John Kerry wins big in Missouri and Delaware. Earlier, there were reports that Joe Lieberman would withdraw if he didn't take any contests today, a day his supporters rosily dubbed Tidal Wave Tuesday in the hopes that Joe would turn it around. Delaware was Lieberman's "must-win" and he was apparently making contingency plans tonight to end his campaign.
