Bloc Party is riding high these days: The buzz continues unabated, and there are no signs of backlash yet (just wait, it's inevitable). "Tulips," a track the band released as a single, not as part of their full-length "Silent Alarrm," is up for download on their Web site. It's intricate and tightly coiled and wired with nervous energy, like all their music, but there's a sweetness to it too.
