Daily Download: "Covered for You," Amy Ray

Amy Ray's "Prom" is a disc of straightforward, punkish rock, letting out the inner riot grrrl she keeps mostly under wraps in her day job as one half of the Indigo Girls. It was released last week, and like her last solo record, "Stag," it is on Ray's own Daemon Records. Daemon has made three tracks available for free download: "Put It Out for Good," "Driver Education," and my favorite, "Covered for You."
