On "Fantastic Fantasy" Alan Astor sings with the patently false, or at the very least dramatically oversold, emotion of a Broadway singer, but rather than soaring strings he's surrounded by a glittering, glitchy mass of drum 'n' bass dance music. It's a somewhat hideous mutant crossbreed, this song, but it's also devilishly catchy, and irresistible like junk food.
