Daily Download: "Till the Cows Come Home," the Church

For their 18th (!) record, dream-pop band the Church, apparently legendary in their native Australia, but little more than one-hit ("Under the Milky Way") wonders beyond, have dropped the electric guitars and wiped clean the haze of reverb and gone for a simple, clean acoustic sound. This song is a bit of amiable, lazily swaying folk-rock, kind of like the Pogues with a lot less liquor in them.
