This cover of the iconic Joy Division song by Albert Kuvezin and Yat-Kha (a "throat singing punk band") is just as deliciously absurd as you'd expect, sung a few octaves below plausibility in a voice more Cookie Monster than Ian Curtis. It's also, once you get over the silliness of it, strangely poignant, as that bare, scraping, subterranean sound, accompanied by just a simple acoustic guitar part, is painfully lonely.
