The first I heard of Milosh was the swooning love song "You Make Me Feel," which I posted on Wednesday Morning Download in 2004. In the intervening years the relationship that inspired the song has ended, and his second album, "Meme," out soon on Plug Research, opens with "It's Over," a breakup song about that selfsame girl. The sound remains similar, and is just as intriguing, a seamless but still unexpected combination of ornate, multilayered modern laptop electronica with Milosh's transparently R&B-based vocal stylings, pushed and pulled around the beat in languid but precise motions that recall Sade.
