There's at least one Senate Democrat who's willing to stand with Russ Feingold. Iowa Sen. Tom Harkin tells Roll Call that Feingold's censure resolution "makes sense" and that he's signing on as a cosponsor. Asked whether he believes the president has violated the Constitution with his warrantless spying program, Harkin says: "Everything I've seen looks that way."
