"A Meditation on the Speed Limit" is a sort of noble civics project crossed with "Jackass." A group of Georgia State University students decided to really test drive the 55 mph speed limit. They illustrate their point brilliantly -- by filling a small legion of people with road rage. It was created for Campus Moviefest.
