A thick layer of storm clouds hangs over "All the Love I Could Find," the new album by Low Skies. The rain never breaks, but the air is thick with the knowledge that it will, and all is hazy, ominous and dark. The songs are pretty hazy too, never really solidifying or offering much to grab onto, but the band conjures such an intense atmosphere, and plays with such controlled and spacious feel, that it hardly matters. Also available for free download are "You Can't Help Those People," and "Levelling."
