Athens, Ga.'s Venice Is Sinking come across as the paradigmatic endearingly amateurish indie-pop band, complete with a cute girl on viola and some harmony vocals. "Pulaski Heights," from their upcoming "Sorry About the Flower," kills with kindness, a sweet and temperate summer breeze of a song.
