Politics? That's for 9/11, not Mark Foley

A National Review editor warns Democrats about "politicizing" the House page scandal even as she hopes Republicans gain from a new al-Qaida video.

Proving once again that politics is in the eye of the beholder, National Review Online editor Kathryn Jean Lopez warned Democrats today that they should exercise "a little self-control in politicizing this awful Foley incident." That would be the same Kathryn Jean Lopez who was hoping just yesterday that a new videotape of two smiling 9/11 hijackers would "balance the release of 'State of Denial' on the weekend electoral impact scale."
