Congressional approval rating: 16 percent

More Americans believe you can talk to the dead.

In a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll, a whopping 16 percent of Americans say they approve of the job Congress is doing. The good news for George W. Bush? He can say that he's a little more than twice as popular as Congress right now. The bad news for the GOP? More Americans now believe it's possible to talk with the dead than approve of the way Republicans are running the legislative branch.
