Like many a sequel, “Dubya 2” can’t quite capture the magic of the original, we’re afraid. The again, as astute viewers know, we’re absolute suckers for Don Knotts, so we still thoroughly enjoyed this. And Tom Bosley as Saddam? Inspired.
