The Nervous Cabaret, whose song "Instant Lady" I posted here over a year ago, are developing a following in Europe, but remain sadly obscure in the U.S. Here are two more tunes from their self-titled album: "Mel Gibson" is one of their strongest songs, with Elyas Khan's throaty wail fighting its way through the cacophony, while "Ratatat Heart" is relatively chill. The band has also posted some live MP3s on the media page of its Web site.
