Last Friday night, big time hoops prospect O.J. Mayo, described by the New York Times as "the country's best guard prospect since LeBron James," received two technical fouls during Huntington (West Virginia) High School's varsity basketball game. As a result, Mayo will not play in tonight's big-time Hoophall Classic in Durham, N.C, a huge national match-up. The bigger deal, though, is what the following video captures: Mayo following the ref to the scorer's table after receiving the second technical and then ... what? Did Mayo really bump the ref? Or is it a case of ref overreacting/overacting? Watch for yourself and decide. Either way, he was hauled off the court by a police officer. To read more on the story go here.
