Of course, it's one of those "Shouldn't every month be Black History Month?" observances, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't give the National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy -- which is today -- some good ink. Sen. Robert Menendez and Rep. Steve Rothman (both D-N.J.) have reintroduced the Teen Pregnancy Prevention, Responsibility, and Opportunity Act, which will support schools and community groups in launching programs that encourage teens to delay sexual activity and help parents communicate with their children about sex. (You know, programs that work.)
