Tony Snow has been saying for weeks that he'll be leaving the White House when the money he made in TV and radio runs out. At today's press briefing, he's going to make it official. On or about Sept. 14, slightly less spin-tastic White House spokeswoman Dana Perino will apparently take Snow's place as the president's press secretary.
