Sen. Joe Biden is running .4 percent ahead of comedian Stephen Colbert in one national poll, and last night he showed why. During the Democratic presidential debate in Philadelphia, Biden said that there are "only three things" Rudy Giuliani "mentions in a sentence: a noun and a verb and 9/11."

Giuliani, showing off his own comedic chops, suggested earlier this week that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are debating "whether to invite" Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Osama bin Laden "to the inauguration or the inaugural ball."
