With 72 percent of the precincts reporting, Rudy Giuliani is getting just 4 percent of the vote in Iowa. That's less than half what Ron Paul is getting, and it leaves America's Mayor behind anybody whose name isn't Duncan Hunter.
So how's that "proportional" strategy looking tonight, Rudy? In a CNN appearance, Giuiliani said that "time will tell" what the best strategy is, and that he's happy to report that there's now "a group of candidates" in the running.
