Today in "Ugh": The perfect woman

Salon has written before about "real dolls" and robot sex. No flying cars, people, but the technology for shtupping plastic is rocketing into the future. This creeptastic commercial for the "Perfect Woman" robot ("She is faithful/She is intelligent") was linked to via MetaFilter, where there was a long debate in the comments section about whether the site is a hoax. I'm inclined to call it a fake. But you know what? This will exist soon enough. And for that, I reward this commercial with a gold-star "Ugh."
