After he's sworn in Tuesday, Barack Obama and his family won't have to wait around for the previous occupants of their new home to move out. The Bushes are already all packed.
Laura Bush's chief of staff tells CNN that "the only things really left for President and Mrs. Bush are their personal belongings and luggage that they'll take that day." They started moving everything else out this summer. Referring to Laura Bush's experience as a librarian, her chief of staff says, "Maybe we've got a bit of a Dewey decimal system of move-out process, but that certainly made it easier for the residence staff, and they very much appreciate it."
