A noun, a verb and an appearance on "The View"

Rudy Giuliani makes his plans for the anniversary of 9/11

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani's primary accomplishment, in the minds of many Americans, is his leadership in the wake of the attacks on his city on Sept. 11th, 2001. And certainly it's a credential that Giuliani hasn't been shy about bringing up time and again since then.

So it's more than a little odd to hear about his plans for this year's anniversary of the day: An appearance on "The View." (Hat-tip to GOP 12.)

In a way, it's a sign of how far the mighty can fall when they pin all their hopes of winning the Republican presidential nomination on Florida -- at the same time, though, it could be a sign that the former mayor really is thinking of making a run for governor and wants to stay in the media spotlight while he decides.
