Thursday link dump: A different tea party

• The Murkowski resolution banning the EPA from regulating carbon emissions failed in the Senate, 47-53. Which also proves that there aren't 60 votes for a serious climate bill.
• Some hippies in Berkeley are having their own tea party protest and it is basically what you might expect based on the location and participants.
• Prince Charles blames environmental problems on Galileo.
• Republican Rep. John Fleming won the internet!
• Hmm! Alvin Greene got a public defender when he was charged with showing porn to that woman. Which means he needed an "affidavit of indigency." And then four months later, he hat $10k, in his checking account, to cover his filing fee.
• More people personally know gay people (or just know that they know gay people) than ever before. I hope you're really enjoying being on the wrong side of history again, conservatives!
