Frozen watermelon margarita recipe

(Makes a blenderful)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless or seeded watermelon, rind removed
  • 3 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • 4 ounces tequila (ideally an aged tequila)
  • 3 ounces triple sec (or Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
  • 2 cups ice

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish glasses with a watermelon wedge and serve immediately.
