Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup safflower oil (or olive oil)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients with a whisk, in a blender or food processor.
