The grandparents of three southern Michigan brothers last seen on Thanksgiving say they've been assured by the boys' jailed father that the children are safe, but he won't say where they are.
John Skelton's parents tell reporters from Toledo and Detroit TV stations that they visited him Wednesday in a Toledo jail. He's fighting extradition charges to Michigan on parental kidnapping charges.
