Open tabs: I can't recall

• Alberto Gonzales didn't remember something under oath recently, for old times' sake.
• Everyone is looking out for themselves and taking whatever they can get. Unfortunately giant banks can take a lot more than everyone else.
• A bunch of rabbis criticized Glenn Beck, so Fox said they were all "George Soros backed left-wing" political operatives seeking publicity.
• Barack Obama didn't explicitly laugh at a question about drug policy today, which I guess is a grudging step in the right direction.
