Protests in Madison, Wisconsin, continue unabated through five days. As such, the political event has predictably drawn the attention of disparate opinion-makers like Ed Schultz and Rush Limbaugh. So, it should be no surprise when the two hosts, neither of them strangers to rabble-rousing histrionics, ended up butting heads.
Case in point: When Limbaugh called protesters in Wisconsin whiners and freeloaders late last week, it sent Schultz -- himself camped out in Madison among scores of angry demonstrators -- into one of his trademark tirades.
