The debate over the top marginal tax rate rages on, and nowhere more fiercely than on cable news. And, while countless pundits have addressed the subject recently, there may be no two personalities who represent their respective sides more fiercely than Jon Stewart and Bill O’Reilly. So it’s not surprising that there were some fireworks when the two broached the issue on “The Daily Show” last night.
